The manager has to make an appointment with a notary, who will witness a declaration containing the manager’s consent and signature specimen.
The elected manager should open an escrow account in a Bulgarian bank of your choice in which the partners will contribute the share capital.
The consideration for our company registration service and the Commercial Register’s charge will be payable on producing the documents for you to sign.
The fee for certification of the documents is paid at the notary’s office.
The fee for opening an escrow account is paid in the bank you have chosen.
After payment of the amounts due.
The minimum amount of the share capital is BGN 2.00, but it is advisable to calculate the initial costs for the company and deposit a sufficient amount of capital to cover them.
